Dulal Chandra Biswas is a distinguished English researcher, certified spoken English instructor, and mentor with over a decade of experience specializing in children's spoken English education. As the Founder, CEO, and Chief Instructor of BrightUp Spoken English, he has dedicated his career to fostering effective English communication skills among young learners.

With profound expertise in spoken English, Mr. Biswas has developed innovative teaching methodologies that enhance fluency, confidence, and pronunciation. His structured approach combines interactive learning, phonetics, and real-life conversational practice, making English learning engaging and accessible for children.

Mr. Biswas has an outstanding academic record, securing First Class in both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from two reputed public universities in Bangladesh. Throughout his undergraduate and graduate studies, he pursued education in English medium, further solidifying his expertise in the language.

In addition to his contributions to language education, Mr. Biswas has extensive international experience. From 2010 to 2012, he worked in Uganda as an agriculture and nutrition specialist and served as a visiting professor at a reputed university. His academic and professional expertise has enriched the agricultural and educational sectors through research, training, and program development.

His professional journey has taken him across multiple countries, including Uganda, India, Kenya, Ethiopia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, South Sudan, and Tanzania, where he has engaged in research, training, and capacity-building initiatives.

Currently, Mr. Biswas is a PhD Fellow at the Department of Agro-Technology, Khulna University. Beyond teaching, he has actively contributed to language education research, publishing insightful articles in national and international journals. His extensive experience in mentoring and training has empowered countless students to excel in English communication, laying a strong foundation for their academic and professional success.
